Current, future and non-performers are welcome - this is an all level class, but is meant to be both physically and mentally challenging, so students of all backgrounds walk away feeling the sizzle!

Each class will begin with a full body strength and flexibility warm up that will make you sweat! It is 100% A-okay (and expected) for you to listen to your body and take things at your own pace, while still engaging and having fun with the group.

The choreography portion of this class will change each week, exploring different styles and elements of performance while building an overarching catalog of movement students will be able to master and grow from with time.

Class choreography combinations will explore a variety of topics including: general performance skills, audience interaction, elements of striptease, expressing emotion with physicality, developing musicality, use of props, chair work, floor work, improvisation, bump n’ grind burlesque, slow burn, jazz, Latin and hip hop fusion.

What To Bring:

It is recommended that all students bring:

- Towel
- Water bottle
- An open mind and willingness to werk!

What To Wear:

Comfortable clothing that does not limit your mobility (yoga pants or booty shorts, tank top or sports bra, etc). Sneakers (for warm up) or bare feet preferred - you can bring a pair of sturdy heels you are comfortable moving in to throw on for choreography if you want as well!
